How The Pause Lounge came to be
As a woman going through perimenopause myself, I understand the physical, emotional, and psychological challenges that this transition can bring. Just a few months ago when the reality hit I was going through perimenopause, I realized how limited the resources and support for women like us were. That's when I decided to create a space where we can come together, share our stories, and help one another navigate this transformative time in our lives.
The Pause Lounge has been a lifeline for me during this challenging phase. I finally feel understood and supported.
